A year-to-date look at Fairhope single-family sales from January 1 through August 31, 2026, using Perchwell data: a median closed price of $500,750, up 1.2% from a year earlier, with closed sales down 5.3% to 576 homes and median days on market rising from 43 to 48.5. The release notes that 147 of those sales were new construction and cautions that citywide medians do not explain why sales volume or time on market changed.
